Albuquerque Convention Center

The Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfasts of Albuquerque is a short .8 miles away from the Albuquerque Convention Center. This is about a 15-minute walk taking Central or Martin Luther King right up to the door of the Convention Center. We are the closest bed and breakfasts to the Convention Center. There is a covered parking garage connected to the Convention Center. Parking, however, is $5 per day making the possibility of walking there even more appealing.

By choosing to stay with us, if you are coming in for an event at the Albuquerque Convention Center, then you can walk to most of what you may need during your stay. We are a short 5 miles from the Albuquerque International Sunport (airport). Access to our establishment from the airport is quick and easy and so is being able to get to any event at the Convention Center.

The 600,000 square feet Albuquerque Convention Center is a multi-purpose event complex located in the heart of vibrant downtown Albuquerque. Nestled between the breathtaking Sandia Mountains and the majestic Rio Grande River, it is the premier venue in the Southwest. Also the location of the Albuquerque Convention Center makes it very easy for one to try some of the many great restaurants and attractions of downtown Albuquerque.
